All blankets weight are determined by how much space it takes up in the washing machine, we do not use the manufacturers designation for weight because there are to many variables. One manufactures heavy blanket may be a medium by another.

• Prior to wash any and all Velcro, leg and or tail straps will be closed or clipped to prevent damage.
• Any damaged or ripped area will be secured to prevent additional damage during wash.

• All blankets go through a minimum of two pre-rinses.
• All Blankets go through a post rinse to assure all soap is removed.
• All blankets are air dried, no heat.

• We only use organic soap that is biodegradable and non-irritating resulting in a much cleaner blanket.
• Blankets are packaged in a clear vacuum sealed bag for easy storage and are labeled for easy identification.

• We do not throw items beyond repair,  instead, We donate to one of our partner rescues.

All Repair services have a minimum charge of $15.00. listing repair prices individually can be difficult due to variances in the type of blanket type, structure and damage. You will be contacted prior to any repairs that are estimated to be more than $45.00. For repairs only there is an additional $8.00 processing fee plus the cost of repair.
